Software | AI Independent Learning Platform

A student using the AI independent learning platform

Under the "Smart" Teaching and Learning Programme, the Education Bureau expects schools to go beyond simply introducing AI tools; the goal is to cultivate students' AI and digital literacy, enabling them to apply, understand, and evaluate AI information.

EDU A.I.'s AI Independent Learning Platform is designed with "long-term use and curriculum integration" at its core, helping schools transform AI into a learning resource that students can engage with every day.

Hardware | AI Servers and Teaching Equipment

To make AI teaching and learning truly effective, a solid hardware infrastructure is equally critical.

EDU A.I.'s SchoolMind is a dedicated AI infrastructure and school-based GPT platform. It allows schools to securely and flexibly maintain data sovereignty, build their own AI capabilities, and support administrative management, teacher lesson preparation, and student independent learning.

Through systematic configuration, schools can build a sustainable AI teaching environment that scales with the curriculum, avoiding the pitfalls of one-off purchases that are difficult to maintain.

AI Self-Learning Center

Many schools implementing AI education want a dedicated space where students can put their learning into practice while showcasing results to parents and stakeholders.

EDU A.I. assists schools in planning school-based AI self-learning centers, integrating software, hardware, and learning activities into a single environment. The self-learning center is more than just a display space; it is a platform that supports students in AI exploration, independent learning, and project-based research.

Understanding "My Pledge to Act" funding

What is the "My Pledge to Act" funding?

“My Pledge to Act” is a school funding scheme launched by the Quality Education Fund, designed to support schools in organizing diverse learning activities tailored to their specific needs, with the goal of cultivating students' core values, positive attitudes, and holistic development.

The scheme currently includes the original “My Pledge to Act,” the Enhanced Version, and the Enhanced Version (Phase 2). Each version focuses on different areas, covering values education, national education, national security education, media and information literacy, spirit of innovation, and the promotion of students' physical and mental well-being.

Schools are encouraged to integrate student curricula, teacher training, parent activities, teaching material development, and outcome showcases into a comprehensive school-based plan, rather than simply hosting one-off events.

What is the ultimate goal of the “My Pledge to Act” funding for schools?

“My Pledge to Act — Gratitude, Cherishing, and Optimism”

  • Key Focus Areas for Funded Schools: Organizing diverse learning activities to create an environment that fosters positive values and attitudes.
  • Deadline: August 31, 2026
  • Funding Amount: Up to $200,000 per school application

Can schools implement the Enhanced Version and the Enhanced Version (Phase 2) concurrently?

You may apply for both, but the implementation periods for the two schemes cannot overlap.

‍If your school is currently implementing the Enhanced Version, you may still apply for the Enhanced Version (Phase 2) before the current project concludes; however, the start date for Phase 2 must be scheduled after the existing project ends. If your school has not yet applied for the Enhanced Version, you may apply directly for the Enhanced Version (Phase 2).

Please note that application quotas for the Enhanced Version will expire after August 31, 2026. Schools should plan accordingly based on their specific needs and implementation timelines.
